He has a proven track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives and driving organizations toward success, especially in the areas of Healthcare Administration & Operations, Project Planning & Designing, Financial Stewardship, Business Development and Quality Management.
During his career in healthcare leadership, he has been dedicated to excellence and relentlessly pursued better healthcare outcomes and is known for his ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and develop innovative solutions to improve patient care and operational efficiency. His adaptability to execute the innovative healthcare principle has helped him to launch M/s. Walk IN Healthcare Consultants Pvt. Ltd in 2017.

As the Associate Director and Head of Healthcare Business Operations at Walk-In Healthcare, Mr. Shinto Augustine brings over 12 years of distinguished entrepreneurial experience in the healthcare sector. Holding double master's degrees in healthcare administration—a Master of Science in Hospital Administration from India and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Brunel University London.
Shinto's journey with Walk-In Healthcare commenced as the Head of Business Development and Operations. In this role, he played a pivotal part in establishing and growing the venture. Initially focused on recruiting medical professionals and providing consultancy services to Indian hospitals, Shinto's leadership was instrumental in mentoring healthcare professionals, optimizing business operations, and guiding hospitals towards NABH accreditation under Quality Council of India guidelines.
Recognizing Shinto's strategic prowess and commitment to excellence, he was elevated to the role of Associate Director for Healthcare Business Operations. In this capacity, Shinto spearheaded initiatives to optimize project budgets, expand corporate partnerships, and implement cutting-edge technologies such as precision medicine, connected care, and AI-driven solutions.
Mr. Shinto Augustine also served as the General Manager at AP Healthcare & Trauma Centre. Leading strategic growth initiatives, he executed projects that significantly advanced the hospital's market presence and service portfolio.

In addition to her successful leadership skills, she excels in strategic planning, innovation, adaptability, stakeholder engagement, and financial control.
Her entrepreneurial skills and vision brought M/s. Walk IN Healthcare Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in to reality in 2017.
She holds a master's degree in Hospital Administration in addition to her degree in Business Administration.

Divya Misra, an accomplished professional, currently serves as the Head of Projects & Digital Marketing at Walk-In Healthcare Solutions, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in digital innovation platforms. Certified as a Scrum Master, Divya has dedicated over five years to the digital marketing arena, showcasing exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Previously, Divya held a key role as an AI and ML Analyst at Apple Inc, where her focus on leveraging digital marketing tactics and AI-driven software solutions significantly enhanced business performance. Her contributions played a pivotal role in advancing CRM technologies and improving overall business outcomes. Prior to this, she served as a Process Associate at Genpact, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams and optimizing operational processes to maintain high-quality service delivery standards.

Additionally, she serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of AP Healthcare & Trauma Centre in Patiala, a venture co-founded with Dr. Arun Bhandari. With a solid educational background and extensive training in various aesthetic treatments, Dr. Bhandari has emerged as a prominent figure in the field of medical cosmetology.
